The proposed contemplates the comprehensive redevelopment of an under-utilized commercial site for 2 mixed-use buildings located along North Park Street in Brantford. Building 1 is a 16-storey mixed-use building with a 4-storey podium including 172 units. Building 2 is a 9-storey mixed use building with a 3-storey podium including 110 units. Four commercial units are proposed at ground level facing North Park Street. The development contains 282 residential units with a total of 310 parking spaces to service the residential and commercial uses. Due to a high water table the majority of the parking is concealed within the residential podium.
