The redevelopment of 310–320 North Park Street transforms an existing commercial site into a mid-rise residential community. The design responds to significant grade changes, existing commercial context, and parking requirements through a clear and efficient site organization.The project includes 155 apartment units in an 11-storey residential building with active ground floor uses, a retained commercial building, and a detached two-storey parking structure located at the rear of the site. A small retail unit at the front of the building, supported by an outdoor patio under a canopy, contributes to an active street presence along North Park Street.
