Aria Apartments is a 7 storey purpose built rental apartment development located in London, Ontario. The project was designed to address the growing demand for quality rental housing while creating a comfortable, accessible, and community oriented living environment. The building contains 114 residential units in a mix of one, two, and three bedroom layouts, providing housing options for a diverse range of residents.

The development was carefully planned to maximize the potential of a constrained urban site while accommodating the operational and servicing requirements necessary for a successful multi residential community. Extensive coordination was undertaken to integrate parking, site circulation, waste collection, snow management, accessibility features, and resident amenities into a cohesive and efficient design. The project also includes indoor and outdoor amenity spaces that support resident wellbeing and encourage social interaction.
