This proposed residential housing development is located at the intersection of Commissioners Rd & Sheffield Blvd. A unique project set against the backdrop of both the city and nature, including ravines and a wooded area adjacent to the westerly site that are protected as “Open Space” through the original subdivision design.
The 12 & 6-storey buildings with a gross area of 220,800 sq. ft. will consist of 199 housing units with a varied mix of unit types, to provide an identifiable sense of place for the community. The development provides appropriate transition in height and built form that respects the surrounding context. The building façades will have changes in materials and material treatments to provide interest and functionality along the streetscape.
