This project realizes a 15-storey residential building wrapped in a 5-storey podium with 185 units located adjacent to an existing recreational community and library facility. The L-shaped building places the 15-storey massing on Southdale Road, with the 7-storey extension to the rear overlooking the green pathway system and that also provides terrace amenities at the 5th floor.
