Rachel Bell is our Office Manager and the first person you're likely to meet when you visit our offices. Rachel's friendly demeanor makes her approachable and her BA in Legal Studies (Honours) from the University of Waterloo backs up the professional experience she brings with her. When she's not managing the unmanageable in our office, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with family. Rachel's son keeps a close eye on the progress of our buildings under construction and requires daily updates on the number of trains that pass our office each day.
