West of London there has been significant growth in the communities of Kilworth and Komoka. The corner location of Oxford Street West (Glendon Drive) and Jeffries Road has been under development for the last two years with the completion of a new Home Hardware Building to meet the demand in the area due to the strong increase in residential development.  In addition, a 17,600 sq.ft. medical services office building is in the process of development to be completed in 2022, with a planned commercial restaurant to be located on the corner of the site in 2023.  All 3 buildings designed by Zedd Architecture.
