Located in the designated transit village, this project takes its first step as part of the village envisaged by planning within the Masonville Secondary Plan.  The project contains 226 residential units with ground and second floor retail and office space plus 3 levels of above ground parking.  The main tower portion fronts Fanshawe Road and sits upon a 6-storey podium base containing residential units, parking and commercial retail at grade.
