91 King Street in London Ontario is a 24-storey mixed-use tower comprised of ground floor retail, two floors of offices space with 178 junior 1 and 2 bedroom units geared towards affordable market housing in the city center.  At street level the 2-storey retail space anticipates a food service establishment with 2 levels of office above forming a 4-storey commercial building defined by its own vibrant aesthetic to stand out yet fit within the context of the streetscape massing.

Located near Market Square and Fanshawe College facilities and situated across from Budweiser Gardens, the building is an ideal location to test a building with no parking facilities.  Unique to the design are the three see-through sky boxes as communal amenity terraces for the tenants.
