These 21 and 18-storey towers will be home to over 400 new units at the corner of Southdale and Bostwick Road. The towers will be accompanied by a 5-storey podium containing ground floor commercial spaces, building amenities and pedestrian thoroughfares through the site. The podium will also provide a rooftop amenity terrace and pool for all future residents. Amenity spaces will also be located at the top of each tower providing views across each direction. The building massing is expressed vertically, culminating in a pair of aerial canopies designed to leave a lasting impression.
