Sofia Yorkville is a 17-storey multi-unit residential apartment building opposite the new Southwest Community Center, YMCA and Library that will be the center of the development. This is the first residential building that is part of a master planned community at Bostwick and Southdale Roads in London that will see an additional 5 residential and mixed-use towers including a dedicated seniors facility. Phase 1 also includes a 3-storey 30,000 sq. ft. commercial service and office building adjacent to the residential tower.
